Basic practices to get started
Daily mindfulness: 10 minutes without a phone, without thinking about anything in particular, simply observing what arises — an indispensable foundation. Intuition journal: note small sensations and verify them a few days later. Without this, there is no real learning. Visualisation exercises: before opening an email, try to sense whether it brings good or bad news, then confirm. Body relaxation exercises: a tense body blocks receptivity. A warm bath, stretching, and deep breathing before each session.
What does NOT work despite appearances
Forcing it. Psychic energy responds like sleep: the more you chase it, the less it comes. Practising exhausted or stressed. Mental state influences more than technique. Buying expensive "amplifiers." Crystals, high-end pendulums, four-figure online courses: nothing accelerates what your own consistency cannot give you. Comparing yourself to others. Each person has a preferred channel (visual, auditory, sensory); insisting on a channel that is not yours generates frustration.
A realistic 30-day routine
Days 1–7: 5 minutes of meditation per day, nothing more. Days 8–14: add the intuition journal (1 line per day). Days 15–21: introduce a short test every 2–3 days. Days 22–30: review everything recorded. If you find real patterns (consistent successes in a certain area, bodily sensations before successes), you have something to build on. If not, that is normal — the foundation of calm and attention you have cultivated is valuable in itself.
