Life Cycles
The 3 main stages of your existence
The 3 Life Cycles
Life cycles divide your existence into 3 main stages, each with a central theme defined by a number.
First Cycle (0 - ~32 years)
Influence of parents and childhood. Calculated by adding birth month + birth day. Defines your foundation and formation.
Second Cycle (~32 - ~59 years)
The productive stage of life. Calculated by adding the birth year. Defines your career and contribution to the world.
Third Cycle (~59 years and beyond)
The stage of wisdom and legacy. Calculated by subtracting the first and second cycle. Defines your final legacy.
How to calculate your 3 cycles
For the date 15/03/1990: First cycle = reduced month (3, already reduced). Second cycle = reduced day (1+5=6). Third cycle = reduced year (1+9+9+0=19 → 1+0=1). The first cycle lasts from birth until 27-32 years (depending on the destiny number: 36 minus the destiny). The second runs until ~27 years later, and the third from there on. Each cycle brings dominant themes according to its number.
How to read the cycles
Cycles are not a fixed destiny: they mark the dominant climate. A cycle 5 (of change) does not mean every day will be unstable, but that during those years major movements (moves, travel, career changes) have the wind at their backs. It is worth looking at which cycle you are in before making big decisions — some adapt better to certain stages than others.
Caution in interpretation
A cycle alone guarantees nothing. A cycle 4 is not "bad"; it is a period of construction and consolidation, perfect for laying foundations. Similarly, a cycle 9 does not mean traumatic loss; it means closure and synthesis. Numerology suggests a climate, it does not impose it.
